Performing daily tasks are all physical efforts one can do when he or she is functionally fit. Functional fitness is controlled by the body's core strength, which is what helps you keep your balance and coordination. Channeling momentum to your core is an efficient way to achieve a better fitness level and improve your functional fitness.Functional exercises focus primarily on abdominal, lower back and spinal erector strength. The movements are normally compound and involve the whole body. Functional strength exercises can be done in one exercise session per day. |
