Kettle Bell Fitness Training
A kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. The kettlebell has been used for hundreds of years as a strength training tool in Russia. Training with kettlebells is a full body experience, requiring concentration. Kettlebell workouts are much more similar to martial arts or yoga practice than to any other type of group exercise or aerobics. In addition to concentration kettlebell training promotes balance, strength, endurance, and mobility. Most clients quickly notice an improved sense of balance, posture, breathing, joint stability, and functional strength.

Circuit Training
Circuit training is an interval-training technique that minimizes rest between sets and exercises. In a circuit type of weight-training program, each exercise is done in succession. Instead of resting between sets of an exercise, you do one set of all exercises in a row, return to the first exercise and begin again. This allows you to maximize your time by minimizing the amount of time you spend recovering. In an interval circuit, after each set of a resistance exercise a brief cardio interval is completed. The cardio portions are usually callisthenic exercises. The interval circuit allows you to incorporate a cardiovascular workout into your resistance training regimen. Both are great ways to build muscular endurance and assist in body fat reduction.
