If you want to join V.I.P One to One Fitness Center you would need to go through initial consultation. You will meet with one of our trainers to discuss your medical history, training habits and goals. You and the trainer will also discuss tips and relevant training strategies during the consultation. We want you to ask questions as well, so write them down and bring them with you!
After you and your trainer have discussed your goals, you will be led through a fun and informative training session to assess weaknesses, strengths and likes/dislikes so that your trainer can effectively know your weaknesses, and what needs to improved. After your session is through your trainer will take your body percentage fat, your height and your weight. After he will talk to you about variety of training packages we offer.
