Current Starting Visit
The Free Body Diagnostic is a complimentary 30-minute fitness consultation that includes an InBody body-composition assessment and a discussion of goals and scheduling. Relevant health circumstances should be discussed before testing.
The consultation is separate from ongoing training appointments and carries no purchase obligation. It is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or guarantee of a particular fitness outcome.

VIP Fitness Center provides private personal training at 1620 Lemoine Ave, Suite 2, Fort Lee, NJ 07024 — upstairs. The downstairs VIP Personal Fitness programs are separate offerings.
